Upon request we are offering this tour that enables you to spend the holidays in decent weather.
As few Italian campsites are open, the ferry crossing starts from Genua. With stops in Tunis and Kairouan we have selected the oasis Tozeur, near the large salt lake, for the Christmas days. In time for the change of year the tour moves on to the oasis and trading town Douz.
A special programme point is the Sahara Festival which takes place every year. Here the young me compete in riding, shooting and other arts, but as in every big fete, it is mixing business with pleasure.
Programmes, like a ride in the Lezard Rouge, a jeep tour in the desert or a ride on a camel will ensure that you are not about to get bored. The culinary well-being is also taken care of. The tour officially ends in Douz giving you the opportunity to explore the Tunisian coast or the island of Djerba by yourself. With an open ticket you have the opportunity to return to Europe with the spring. Anyone having to rush home in the New Year can join the tour leader going back to Tunis in a plus-programme.
