Since our office is on the Schinderhannes campsite, we are on call daily. All staff members take it in turns working weekends and have regular days off during the week. Our main working time is between 08:00 und 19:00. In case you call and it seems that you are ringing into nowhere, we are probably with another client on the phone or in the reception.
