Prior to every tour, approx. 8 weeks before the tour start, all participating parties are invited to come to Camping Schinderhannes in Hausbay/Pfalzfeld.

At this preparation meeting, all details of the tour are discussed. You get to know your fellow travellers, if possible your tour guide is present. Also you receive your travel documentation with maps and list of participants.

The actual meeting takes place on Saturday late morning. Already on Friday evening, an initial get-together of the participants is envisaged in order to exchange experiences and to get to know each other. Until Sunday, you have time to discuss further points and questions with us.
